Get to know more about Lea Horidoushin

Lea Horidoushin is a tattoo artist from Buenos Aires with over 20 years of experience in the tattoo world. His passion for the craft was born from his deep love for Japanese culture and his longtime affinity for rock music—two influences that continue to shape his artistic vision today.

From the beginning of his career, he has specialized in traditional Japanese tattooing, dedicating years to studying its rich history, symbolism, and techniques. He has had the privilege of learning alongside respected artists such as Iván Százi, and has also delved into Japanese calligraphy as a natural extension of his interest in Eastern art.

Lea is particularly known for his large-scale work—full backs, sleeves, and immersive designs that pay homage to iconic figures of Ukiyo-e art, such as dragons, cherry blossoms, warriors, and deities. Still, he also enjoys creating small, highly detailed pieces like Kabuki theater masks and traditional talismans.
